About these terms

These terms apply when you rent security equipment from Rental Security, Vakola, Santacruz East, Mumbai - 400055. By confirming a booking, you agree to them. Your quote may add details specific to your event.

Booking and price

A booking is confirmed when we agree on the equipment, dates, venue and price, and when any advance or deposit we ask for has been received.

Prices are quoted per day, week or month. Unless your quote says otherwise, they exclude GST and transport.

Deposit and payment

We may ask for an advance payment and a refundable security deposit. The amounts will be told to you in your quote, and the balance is due as agreed there.

Delivery, setup and pickup

We deliver, set up and test the equipment at your venue, and collect it after the event. To help us do this smoothly, please make sure:

• The venue is accessible and a contact person is present at delivery.
• A standard 230V power supply is available where needed.
• The agreed pickup time is kept. Extra trips or long waiting caused by venue access may be charged.

Using the equipment

Please use the equipment only for the agreed purpose, and:

• Do not open, repair, move or modify it yourself.
• Keep it away from water, dust, heat and rough handling.
• Let only the people we have briefed operate X-ray scanners.
• Do not lend or sub-rent it to anyone else.

Damage, loss and theft

The equipment stays the property of Rental Security. You are responsible for loss, theft or damage during the rental period, apart from normal wear. We assess repair or replacement costs fairly and share them with you before any charge is made.

Faults and support

If anything stops working, call 7275559635 straight away. We will repair or replace the item as quickly as we can.

Safety responsibility

Our equipment supports your screening, but it does not replace trained security staff or your own safety plan. Metal detectors respond to metal only. The safety of the event, the actions of staff and guests, and any permissions needed from venues or authorities remain the responsibility of the organiser.

Extending a rental

If you need the equipment for longer, tell us before the rental ends. Extra days are charged at the agreed rate, subject to availability.
